Our Sweet Pea Georgia

So proud to introduce Georgia, our first home bred puppy to stay here at NobleBostons to hit the show rings and join our pack!  Georgia's mom is our dear Jane, and her dad is the handsome Musket, also known as GCH CH Martini's Gunpowder And Lead At Tara Oaks.  Many thanks to Stella Jowers, Musket's owner, and Linda Martin, Musket's breeder and co-owner for letting us breed Jane to their lovely boy, and to Brindle Hill for helping us choose Musket as just the right mate for Jane!  You can view Georgia's pedigree here

Georgia is a stunning girl, loaded with breed type and expression that will melt your heart! From the whelping box, Georgia caught our eye, with her endearing personality and spitfire attitude, all wrapped up in an uber cute, compact package!

Georgia's registered name, Noble's Elite By Georgia, like all the registered names of our dogs, has special connections for us.  Not only is Georgia our first dog to have their name start with our "Noble" prefix, but Noble's Elite refers, to us, to her mom Jane, our Brindle Hill Elite Boston Terrier.  By Georgia is a double entendre in that Jane traveled to Georgia to be bred to Musket, so Georgia came to us 'by way of Georgia', and is also a play on the phrase 'By George', as Musket was born on July 4, and earned his name based on that date's Revolutionary War connection, of which George Washington played a big part.  George Washington was also an important figure in Northern Virginia, where Jane was born, so it all comes full circle and becomes a very special name for a very special little girl.

Georgia's first show weekend earned her Reserve Winners Bitch at the Boston Terrier Club of Maryland Specialty show, out of over 20 other girls.  What a great debut! She traveled from Maryland to Las Vegas a few days later to compete in the 2017 BTCA National Specialty where she placed in 4 out of the 5 classes in which she competed, and proved herself a model traveler, even at 7 months old.  Once home she quickly won her first points, a 3 point major, and she was off and running!  We look forward to showing her this summer and working toward finishing her, our first home bred puppy, from the Bred By Exhibitor class.  What an honor, and feather in the cap of her special momma Jane, her daddy Musket, and especially their breeders, too.  You can follow Georgia's show career here

Georgia is demonstrating the good health behind her with her own tally of health tests, being completed as age appropriate.  You can learn more about health testing and see Georgia's test results on the OFA web site here.  As she has more tests, they will be added to her OFA record.

There would be no Georgia if not for many breeders before us and their tireless dedication and hard work toward breeding beautiful and healthy Boston Terriers, and their generosity in sharing with us the fruits of their labors.  Thank you!
